For the people who have not seen this episode, this will sum up the video. Joe, peter, and cleveland are at the clam when they start talking about enternet porn. Maybe, but if for the sake of this joke he was right handed it wouldn't work because you would be able to see the arm as he came out of the house and it wouldn't be hidden until he pointed with it. If his house was opposite the Griffin's house then he would be right handed because you wouldn't be able to see his right arm. Maybe I'm looking into it too much here, but I think that's the reason why he's shown to be "left handed" in this scene.
