Yes, in 1.5 which is the launch version, you can change your hairstyle and face with certain ingame items. They come from hard/long quests or instances and need to be turned in to a NPC. So if you dislike how your character looks, you can change it through that.
As for system requirements for Aion, even very low end computers can run it, as i've seen from video's and from tests i made with a older computer. It still runs pretty smoothly, while yes not great, it still makes it playable.

That`s ebcause they didn`t use the faciyl expression editor ^^ In AION you can change EVERYTHING on your character, you cna make him look like a dwarf or obama, make him / her look sad, happy all kinds of things.

I was in beta 6 and didnt see any eye color changing ability...I had to change the facial preset to get diff eye colors, but maybe on release they'll have it, or in patch 1.5?

Ha i want to see that, have you read the requirements for that game ? It will be way to expensive to upgrade theyr Pc's to match that. Besides, kids usually grow up while playing and if you still don`t like them you can just fucking block them so the jokes on you ^^ Besides AIOn is made for grown ups, it won`t fit the taste of minors so they will all come back to wow ;)

Yes you can change it inside the game later on, even your characters gender can be changed.
