Roaming minutes is a rip off! Pay for 30 minutes for 5.00 and you only get 3 minutes at most, then they tell you you used them all up AND you have to make several cust service calls (to listen to hard to understand people from INDIA Accents) to complain about being ripped off again and again! Frustrating as hell! Canceling my service!!!

well i tell ya what..... after a MOST depressing 4 hours spent fighting with cricket i can understand the customer services..... but i think this video gives them 2 much credit.... what happened to the crappy call volume being longer than expected and the 10 mins you gotta spend on the phone waiting on the rep. personally i would discourage anyone from using cricket as a 5 yr customer. nothing but troubles out of them and like today i have insurance on my phone but they dont want to replace it!

I think the point is that cricket doesn't response well to customer service. The wireless service is poor he coverage map shows the scope of the calling areas. Maps depicts an approximation of service coverage. Actual coverage area may differ substantially from map graphics and may be affected by such things as terrain, weather, foliage, buildings, signal strength, customer equipment and other factors. Coverage indoors may also vary. Cricket does not guarantee coverage.

obviously this is some idiot who works for Cingular....first...call 911...then secondly by contacting Cricket...you can activate the GPS signal so the phone can give a live signal of where it's at. Most people don't like being tracked 24 hours a day.....
