Organic Vegetable Farming with Shillingford Organics

I think in the end you have to sell directly or start up a franchise of dedicated organic shops in the UK. We live in a tiny village in rural France but we have two large and two small organic shops and an organic tea room and restaurant all within a short distance. When we went back to the UK recently it was hard to find organic food outside the mainstream supermarkets and they had little choice. There is also a huge potential and necessity for organic food in schools and hospitals! Good Luck!

this is really sweet! organic farming is something i've been really interested in doing, i love the idea of sustainable and safe agriculture. The new way of agribusiness sucks and i really wish small farms would be given the chance to make a comeback.
