I don't think the real beloved Phil Collins never smokes. On many of his music videos or with Genesis or something else, I think they did use stunt doubles or lookalikes. I know he is a drinker but he does not drink alot.

Not that it's really that interesting, but he definiteley used to be a smoker in the 70s, I've seen a few backstage photos although I think it was probably occassionally (not just tobacco either).

I think it was some TV show bout famous smokers... jesus girl can't you understand that he didnt smoke on the video cous the smokes but for appearance, the mood in the song is like that ;) so he didnt breathe the smoke so he doesn't spoil his voice... you like him too??? =)

well I love him more :p It wasn't documentary only bout him, it was a TV show bout famous smokers, as I said... ;-) Don't know how the scar came there, but if you see the cd cover of hello i must be going he has some kind of a mole on that place, maybe the scar is there from some operation... but that's just my logical opinion =)
