There are alot of Indy Drivers who have never won a race and they are great drivers, There are a lot of good Nascar drivers who haven't won in awhile. A lot of great drivers, a field of 44, being a top 10 driver is not being overrated. Yes Franchitti and Bush dominate for now, put DP with their team, I bet she could too.

I don't agree with that. She was with Andretti Racing for all those years, which produced Tony Kanaan's driver championship. With all the top funding and engineering resources, she definitely wasn't driving a shitty car and only managed to win once.

She is an average driver used as a marketing tool. Sarah Fisher managed a second place finish in a team with less resources. Sarah had more talent. If Danica entered Indy racing during it's heyday ('90s) she would be forgotten by now.

Andretti racing hired her for the funding and commercial sponsors that only her "looks" bring.

Before she was with Andretti racing there was a rather funny incident when she was with Rahal Letterman racing. Basically there was an autograph session that was mandatory for all drivers. Instead of going to the setup that the IRL (pre-merge) set up for the autograph session, Rahal set up their own extravaganza, drawing most of the fans. This pissed Andretti racing off!
