Looks like a good passive air induction wood-gas stove. I make a similar, smaller version for when I go out. The bigger version could be easily used for group applications. Sweet idea! Peace.

I will make the video tomorrow during the day, unlike those alcohol stoves this one you can see the flame during daylight.
