When did I say it was a takedown? anyway it wasn't a guard pull. It's called flying guillotine (see wand vs jackson II or renzo vs. Militech for reference). you need a closed guard to pull of a guillotine, thats maybe why you are confused.
the other guy that didn't keep it on his feet. He went to the ground and got swept right into full mount.
PS: a guard pull is a takedown. you just don't end on top so you don't get points in grappling matches but you still TAKES your opponent DOWN.
