Its good to do a longer sitting meditation being mindful of the sensation of the breath at the nose. But the 1 minute meditation throughout the day has a great benefit for gaining a general mindfulness throughout the day. To add the insight mindfulness to the meditaton to attain the boundless peace of Nirvana google four foundations of mindfulness or vipassana.

Thank you so much for sharing this video! :-) I had always thought the longer I meditated, the better I'd get. However this video showed me a brand-new idea: we have to learn to meditate the least possible, until we're able to be in an unending meditation during our day. That's beautiful! :-)
@FlaviaSantosbr It's still very good to meditate for long sessions as well. That is better practice for being more at peace in your life. The point here was that this meditation is tailored for short periods and it is best to have a mix of both.
@FlaviaSantosbr it is the same as phisycal training, so the more you do it [correctly] the better you become..but what is better? the more you look at yourself the more you see...call it what you will
