I see by the negative comments below blaming Bob Kane for Bill Finger's lack of success that "The Joker" and "Two-Face" are still alive in the world (although, I doubt they are doing fine! Lol!). Bob Kane, aka Batman, never blamed or begrudged DC comics or Warner Bros. for all the success and money they made off of Batman. He knew the truth; without them, none of it would have been possible.
Bob Kane was grateful to DC Comics and Warner Brothers for the opportunities they gave him. Bob Kane always told me, "Never bite the hand that feeds you." Bill Finger was paid for the work he did on Batman. He doesn't deserve any credit for Bob's creations! And that's the truth, pffllt!

One thing I know about Bill Finger is that he was fired from Batman by editor Whitney Elsworth for being a "slow writer". Maybe that's why he doesn't get a lot of credit for Batman. Although he did help with writing the Alan Scott Green Lantern; which is very much overlooked.
Is not featured here..but..I can remember Mr.Kane doing a guest appearance on The Bob McAllister version of WNEW TV Ch.5 NYC's comedy/variety kids tv show"Wonderama!".
Yeah, that's what I thought when it first came out. He's playing the Jerry Robinson Joker. A few weeks later, after the movie had now just totally blown up, I saw Robinson on tv being interviewed about it. He said that Heath Ledger had said that's what he mainly based his performance on; those first few Joker appearances.
I did miss the Joker smiles on his victims, but I'm not complaining.
At the end of his life, the deadliest gunfighter of the Old West is given a choice: Hell or redemption. He chooses redemption and God's Archangel transports him to modern day Los Angeles to serve bloody, frontier justice on the worst dregs of society.
kane is not a creator but more of a co-creator to be accurate!
