Problem with Death Row was that they were too thuggish. They just wanted to take over too soon. Gotta say they have to be the most powerful rap label of all time in terms of hittin targets.

Death Row Records is the greatest rap label ever. Period. That garbage crap like Young Money doesn't come close and never will. The West Coast at it's prime can't be touched. They pumped out so many classics like this one. Oh and RIP Nate Dogg.
i remember in the mid 90's dr dre and ice cube were meant to put out a album called "helter skelter" but they never put it out, there was alot of anticipation around that album
