  • Wow, I already new this, but I could never quite get it into my head. You're video really helps thanks! [:

  • I cannot wait to watch your next....very educative!!

  • He's absolutely right, and is probably why I was so much more developed in high school. Most guys at that age don't train their legs, but focus entirely on bench press...haha.

    For legs.... try doing

    4x8 squats

    4x8 hack squats

    4x8 leg press

    4x8 straight-leg deadlift

    4x8 barbell lunges

You survive that, you are guaranteed strong legs both in size and strength. And your upper body will thank you too!

  • You gotta be like 5'3

  • This guy looks disgustingly top heavy.

  • so true!

  • hmmm, this guy makes sense. I trained my legs once and hell i pushed the limits until i almost threw up. After that i was sore for like 4-5 days which caught me by surprise as i usually dont get sore for days, just minutes. Anyway the following week when i was doing shoulders and back, i went 15lbs heavier and sure enough it felt the same as the previous times.

Looks like i got to get serious with my legs :)

  • so shud i work out my legs a lot before i try working out my upper body??

  • @vinsanimo

You should incorporate it into an exercise regime that you do every week, more importantly between two upper body days so you can fully recover from the previous work out.

  • he sounds like my science teacher
