I believe this is a bit inaccurate for one reason:

Sasuke would probably not pause. The second Ben 10 hit the ground it would be jutsu after jutsu and non-stop attacks. Ben probably doesn't have it in him to kill, while Sasuke is nothing but in it for the kill. In the time Ben can't use the watch, Sasuke would have the game.
