The line `now, today, tomorrow and always` was a flippant lifting of a line from ~shoplifters of the world unite~ by the Smiths, it was rather crow barred in there I`ll admit.
I stand by the call for boycott of all things Israeli while the Palestinians are being ethnically cleansed from their land, starved and murdered.
music sanctions worked to some extent in south Africa along with sporting boycotts but `these things take time.I.couldn`t understand your point really due to poor grammar.
@scgcom I don't think Moz, even if he wanted too, play Palestine because of the brutal occupation by Israel. Please don't play the race card I am an Eastern European Jew. Go peddle your hate away from Moz or the Smiths.
@juliangee Hey, in what ghetto do you live? Stil bowing down and try to appease those that come to kill you huh? Why are Jews so afraid that Jews finally have the opportunity to defend what's theirs? Get out of your ghetto thinking and start learning your peoples history especially San Remo conference. Being a Jew is more then having circumcision, you have a task in this world!
Thanks for your clear answer. By "these things" I meen: all the poor buissness because of which you find Israel being worthy of boycott. Many Israelies (including me) wish things would be so different than they are now. But it's complex since people here are so different! Many different opinions. I believe in education, and in peace. I know that changing hearts, minds and systems take time. Anyway, things may not be as black and white as perhaps you see them. Have you ever visited around here?
a..sorry my inthusiasm confused my coherence. By the things that take time I ment the changing of regional political national and social conceptions and stands.
Come on! The Israeli Palestinian conflicts are hard enough happening for quite a while still. We need to dream a diffrent future! How elce it's ganna get here?
Anyway, good music is no contrast to that, in my opinion. Even opositly: there's a project of middle east peace by commonly created music.
I too wish all people could live as humans with each other. But when it comes to people, things take time. And hope. Thanks for caring :)
This number was the highlight of the show last night 22 March, 2009 in Philadelphia. Simply stupendous, played How Soon is NOw almost 10 mins. with strobe and band built and built and built to a rhythmic climax.
Maybe the single best song performance in all my 45 years of concert-going. Wow. Words just aren't enough.

21,000 building? were did you come up with that nice, round, fictional number?
The solution is to take all you righteous virgins to gaza for 5 minutes and see if you still keep your bullshit views.

Well, at least the Jews welcome him, unlike the Palestinians who would probably just as soon see Moz and his followers DEAD.
