AA A D Doesn't quite work, even though I believe this tune is in the key of A. I'm just a beginner with the dulcimer, but it seems pretty easy. I also play guitar.
I`ve seen the lyric to this (hornpipe?). It is another illustration of what a close relationship there is between the West of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Thanks. I've been listening to this for 20 years. Never seen the fingering before. I had tried to figure it out myself a few years ago but the tuning got the better of me and I made a mess of it.

Sounds a lot like CSNY's "Guinevere" -- same tuning, for sure.

Beautiful, very inspiring. Has Tony made any tablatures available for it? I'd like to try to learn it ...

Did I say 20 years? I meant 10 (at my age, these decades start to blur).
