Starlights should've had their own spin-off series! They are so badass compared to all of the inner senshis! But I actually hope it's never gonna happen in the future 'cause Fighter's seiyuu passed away a long time ago... :( And I think everybody agrees that no one can make Seiya's voice as sexy as she did. ;D

Originally they are supposed to be all female, but just disguise themselves as males and become cross-dressers while still remaining 100% female, but in the anime they changed it so that they were boys that would turn into girls whenever they transformed. Hope that makes sense. :)

Then, when the background turns pink, observe their bodies again. They all of the sudden got curves like female bodies. So, in the Anime, they are male in civilian form but female in their sailor senshi form.

@ATJB11 no they're female. only girls can be a soilder aka senshi. in ep 189 Minako says its shocking the three lights are girls. it's like my loves disappeared." they're only disguised as males to find their princess. in 194 their princess asks Seiya about their apperances aka she's reffering to their male forms. Seiya said it was more convient to find her. the odds are they're gender neutral. when they transform they're going back to their true forms
