The 4-wheeler has a mesh called "GravityDirection mesh". You usually find this mesh underneath or behind the 4-wheeler. To make the 4-wheeler follow the ground, parent the gravitydirectionmesh to the ground mesh and the 4-wheeler will start interacting with the car.
Please not that the ground mesh must be a simple polygon (editable mesh in 3ds max, for example).
i know its only a demo of the physics and animation part of it. but it would look better if the windscreen wasn't opaque cause you could see how craft animates the steering wheel as well.
