If republicans have a bad taste its all the bullshit the republican party is feeding them. Get your party back or we will become a one party system and then we will really be in trouble.

Very true. I forget who made the comment, but perhaps we can hand the repukes the Democratic Party, and we can actually go for a progressive party. The poor, stupid, left-over repukes are nothing more than fringe interests. They have little hope of ever pulling together as a party, because they simply are total hypocrites based on the 1950 Republican Party platform. They represent the religious nuts, the right-wing flag wavers, the "no-taxes-no-matter-what morons".
