I know your probley getting hounded by people for help but I just got the Droid Bionic 4G and im confused about the verizon password and stuff would it be your # @ 4g.com or what Would help if you knew 8)

@Im6ftunder if you have a droid Bionic then i would suggest using ANDROID TETHER. you can use it as a wifi hotspot. just google it. its real easy to use. easier then trying to do it with Bluetooth. but just remember that if you dont have an unlimited data plan then you are in danger of going over your monthly limit._________ oh and its free....

@dizquier91 Hey thanks for the reply but unfortunately Verizon has found a way to block Wireless Teather, and Barnacle and untill some cracks that im out of luck 8( Sucks because I was going on vacation and would of loved to have it hehe and im grandfathered in to the old unlimted plan so I wont go over and my Droid is rooted so I am able to get the Free Wireless Teather and Barnacle but none of the teathers work

1. "does this cost any thing extra with a unlimited data plan?" yes, unless you have done the done hack or you have a separate tethering plan.

2. ."Did you do a dun hack to your env touch?" yes i Did if you don't and you do not have a tethering plan then you will either get charged a crap ton, or it will just not work.

3. "can you still get phone calls and texts on env touch while ipod is connected." yes you can. tests will still come in. although replying to them will be a pain because when it connects it will delete the text you had been writing. calls also come through and are answerable.

@jaydpatel456 it will if you have tethering enabled on your iphone. you can either pay for the tethering plan through at@t or you could get the jailbreak tethering app that is listed on the "featured cydia store products" that cost some money up front but then tethering is free. in any case those offer Wifi (jail break app Usb,wifi, and bluetooth tether) so wifi tether is prolly a better be for you. longer range. plus you can hook up multiple devices.
