Hi, yeah that was exactly, what i wanted to know ; ) Meanwhile i switched from my saitek-Crap-Pad to the Microsoft xbox360 Controler, witch is i bit more precis. But i feels like driving with a broken arm and a broken leg yet. I always need a lot of luck to stay on the Start/finish straight. i´m afraid this game is only playable by a highend Wheel like the G25, sadly. You have any ideas for me?^^
I saw a ghostdriver in the presentationvideo. Is there also a button to switch it on?cu
@versicherungsmakler there is no reason you need a "high end wheel" for this game! Take a look at some cheaper logitech wheels. they are all nice. i just bought a driving force gt on ebay for $60 in like new condition.
@versicherungsmakler not to mention the g25 has a clutch pedal and a shift knob. this game has 0 use for both of those so its a bit overkill. the wheel itself is really nice on the g25 and g27 but the rest is kind of gimmicky. you need to spend thousands on real good equipment to get a decent feeling clutch and shifter.
@MrAndy3536 Think it's understeery because of the way you're steering. Setup 1 and setup 3 are both good, but I set my best time with setup 1. Dial the brake bias back one click and you might want to turn the wheel less. Usually in iRacing I'm pumping up the front brake bias compared to the stuff I download, but one click to the rear helped with the setups provided in the game. 2 clicks was a little much.
why can't iRacing have animated hands on steering? ... how hard can it be, if only for replays

F1 changes to the head wobble view. Cycles the 2 drivers head views, one moving alot, one only moving a little back and forward ;)

F1, F2 and F3 will cycle through teh available views.

Yeah it was very understeery.
Don't know whether going back to setup 1 (setup 3 used in vid) Or just a bit more practice but i'm better with that now.
Lap times not much better yet though although it's still day 1 :)
