@beautifulmusical He uses a Roger Mayer Octavia pedal. There are many versions of this effect by other companies too.....my favorite is Chicago Iron Octavian.  Do a search on Youtube for demos or see their website.

actually, kws is a pretty cool blues player but i guess you just have to be a dumb fuck drawing conclusions based on one video... anyway, try listening to albums like 'live on' where he has laid down some pretty damn hot blues guitar work or '10 days out' where he jams with some of the greatest names in blues (old school guys). on that record, his playing is under the radar (he doesn't show off) ,but is REALLY tasty.

You guys are all ignorant fuckheads. All you need to do is listen. Each musician is their own person, so you can't compare him to SRV, even though they are stylistically similar. Kenny can sing. Listen to ANY song on Ledbetter Heights, amazing album. In my opinion, Noah Hunt is the one that sucks.

Hey fuzz, With all due respect there is no way to tell who does drug's by watching a video. And Scary believe it or not Kenny Wayne is about 31 in this video. Blue on Black came out in 1997 and he had a album out in 95 or 96 called " Leadbetter Heights" with a different singer not Noah. Check it out I think you might like it.
