if i had my dog pulled out of a cave after 2 days i would be crying my eyes out they are all like "oh goody you found him" wth ???

but the family did nothing until 2 and a half days later and that's just not tolerable

i would call em 2 hours after he went down

Had the dog not been deaf, it would have been able to hear the rescuers and carefully follow their elaborate instructions. Unfortunately the dog was deaf and made the process that much more difficult.

what rubbish holeshot. Animals form part of human relationships and teach us how to love unconditionally and bond with other living creatures and connect with nature. They will give you unquestioning devotion. The way people respond to animals tell you almost all you need to know about how they'll respond to other human beings. This family don't have an "emotional emptiness" - they have a well-spring of love and joy that they share with their lovely dog. I am sorry that you suffer from it tho.
