Because the first thing I thought was Arabic, but according to Google Translate I'm incorrect... This song is about an oppressive muslim extremist religious governement. The people get sick of it and they do an uprising, many die in the process.

My guess is that this is about the Talibans who ruled afghanistan for a while. The local warlord supported by OTAN airforce were able to outhrow them from the power and to organise elections.
