  • Nice. Flecainide and Propafenone have been identified as drugs that bind to RyR2, preventing arythmmias in most patients with CPVT. I have CPVT and flecainide has changed my life - from triggered VT at 90bpms to no triggered VT, not even VPBs at max pulse. Amazing.

  • @dowlingj It is very encouraging to hear this. There are indeed many promising reports about flecainide. We're hoping to be able to capture a high-resolution structure of flecainide bound to the Ryanodine Receptor in the future, which may help in producing an even more potent alternative.
