You gotta think your grabbing something and pushing yourself under it. You got that down. But you don't tuck. Notice how you miss the bed completely. Observe a bit more, analyze, you will have it in no time.

It took one of my friend about a week to get it down. Another one of my friend got it down after a month. So yeah. Everyone has their own pace of learning. So don't be discourage if you can't get it right away.

And since you were trying to do a backtuck off something, you need jump diagonally upwards. Making you going back and upwards. One last tip, get something more stable to practice on. That thing you standing seems very unstable.

They are called TUCK BACKS or BACK TUCKS. Not freakin' back flips. You need to jump up, swing your arms up, and then tuck and rotate.
