Personally i do that with all my children..... However i have not ever swung them around so young. But at about 6 months old or so i will flip them and swing them. Contrary to how it looks the neck does not snap around in a way that will harm the baby, It is more like hanging upside down in a swing not being jerked around violently. And all my kids laugh and have fun (their mom however tends to look away) lol
