@legowarrior1233 I patterned it after an actual emergency alert system warning that we get here in Georgia for tornadoes all the time. You know where you are. It's a local broadcast so if you can hear it, it applies to you. It repeats itself so that people who aren't sitting in front of the TV when it starts can hear what to do. It's standard procedure. Do your homework.

@ZombieBiohazard Thanks! Well, I designed the background graphic in photoshop and saved it as a jpeg. I brought the jpeg into Flash and added the scrolling text on top. I saved the Flash movie as a .swf and brought that into Windows Movie Maker. I found the EAS sound online somewhere and added that to the audio track. I recorded the voice portion of the audio and altered the sound of my voice in Audacity to be "super saturated" like the EAS alerts I hear here in Atlanta...and that's about it!
