Alright, let me explain Dhalsim from my experience of play. To be honest, he's one of my favorite characters to play around with. This here is basically a slap in the face: ALWAYS KEEP YOUR OPPONENT AT DISTANCE! A good trick with Dhalsim is always teleport in the air when you're aiming for offense, but use the heavy punch often to keep your opponent distance. Also, light yoga fireballs are effective if your character blocks while standing, leaving their feet wide open for a slide trip.

Sometimes your opponent likes to jump when recovering from a fall, which are the predictable ppl, so yoga blast is a great GTFO move. As for Focus Attacks, INCREDIBLE REACH! Use this also when opponent likes to jump. If the hit is successful, if your ultra and super meter is up, USE IT! And if possible use them both lol. As for character wise, Dhalsim can easily get punished by experienced Ryu and Ken players. For other characters I rly don't know. Just remember, avoid close combat at all times.

all of them work..well they should..but the light P does less damage then medium and heavy does more the medium..

if you're talkin about fireballs, they all have equal damage, it just differs in speeds. the only fireball that has more damage and speed plus a boost of priority is the EX fireball.
