So glad I found these videos, they came up as recommended from watching "The 1900 House" and "Manor House" two of my favorite shows. I have always been interested in victorian life, especially the victorian and edwardian kitchens of the big country houses.

Very interesting program. I get a kick how Peter Thoday smirks with that sly smile as he's talking to the camera. It makes him seem very playful and cute. Ruth Mott is a gem too!
