@JadesMovieFuture Toon Boom Studio is a perfect fit if you want to learn all animation techniques. If you are a Flash animator, you could also try out Animate. Both have trial versions and plenty of tutorials.

@imranbug81 If you don't need the network capabilities and wish to access the most powerful technology, I would recommend either the Harmony stand-alone version or Animate Pro 2. The advantage of using Harmony stand-alone is that everything you build for your project you will be able to reuse in the centralized database, whenever you integrate the network capabilities. Please write to the Sales team directly.
