@scno0B1 So what? Unlike the Eater of Worlds, the Destroyer has a single HP Bar for all his parts. So every damage on each Part will take his Life down. Eater of World parts got something around 75 HP each which gives him around 7500 max HP. Destroyer got 80000 HP.

@meatloafincorprated The Rainbow Rod has higher damage, but costs more mana and can only hit one target. The Magical Harp has around half the damage and the projectile only lasts 4 seconds, but it has a lower mana cost, can be held down to continue firing, and hits as many targets as it comes in contact with.

It's not better or worse, really. It's just how you apply them in combat. Plus, all worms take a lot of damage from piercing weapons due to their segmented bodies.

I remember i was trying to kill destroyer when update just showed up and i used to get owned again and again. After watching this video i was like "DUH...why i havent thought about that!". Star cannon may be a faster way to kill destroyer but Magical harp uses magic instead of stars which are hard to get on your own. And who cares if you kill it in 10 secs on 60 secs, you can solo hardest terraria boss so easuy and thats awesome!
