Good lesson. To play the Outro (End bit) do the following. Play the whole song in the key you've played it but without the capo ie starting chord is Fm. The last chorus ends in C (B moved up by a semi tone) then play F C# D# D G# E F and round again. The song ends with G# E and stops abruptly. It means playing the whole song with barre chords, which makes it a bit more difficult but you could just play using power chords. ie just the top two or three strings of the chord. Hope this OK.
