before 2 years ago, Sep 2009, the studio of EA in Singapore release the Traditional Chinese version NFSWO, and run pre-close beta in Taiwan about 1 month, but finally by EA policy they decide give up this version, and release International english version in north american, even in 2011, EA shut down the Subsidiary in Taiwan...

By the way, TAIWAN ins't CHINA, the offical word is different between each other, in many way they also have much different.
