I thought the same thing when i saw him turn it on but i'd say yes because it has some sounds and animations on start up. its not the regular windows or t-mobile start up

Actuall due to the form of compression I use it is actually much small graphic size then the original images. So it does not have any ill effects as far as lagging the device.

Yes, very easily. Just go to Start>Settings>System>Remove Programs and it will be listed there.
