@craftwire1 click on the sound you're trying to trigger then hit the keys if it still doesn't works check your menu in the sound settings & make sure that all are on.

I came from FL 9 XXL producer edition to Reason just yesturday and oh my god im in love with this program and like how elbow said LOTS OF SOUNDS but just to clearify fruity loops got lots of stock sounds but they suck i still like FL but when its time to stepping up your game go to reason yall it is trully a great and fun to use production software just takes patience sometimes.

Hey Marcuzelbow, you said you didn't like the samples in Fl studio. Well I am sure anyone who owns Fl studio also doesn't like the samples. Its not about whats in the program, its about bringing other sources into to the program and building a track with the "Easy Accessibility" that FL offers.The delay that your talking about, is due to human error not the program. You have to set your values.

But I feel ya! I am interested in reason just to broaden my horizons.

Really liking this tutorial. I'm a software producer myself and trust me, there is no sound that can be made in reason that I can't make in fruity loops, especially since fruity loops has VST capabilities + you can rewire reason into it but I feel quite guilty about so much computer knowledge that im trying to learn about the hardware side without actually having the hardware. Had a drum computer back in the day but that's about it.

i hated fruity loops and dat messed up my whole software. ima producer n ima songwriter, i was so tite i got out da game for a year cuz computers was da new thing. now im 18, n its bac to scratch n i finally wanted to get a software dat at least represent hardware, n here my baby reason shows up.
