Secondly, evolutionary biology is also observable, testable and repeatable today. There are countless examples of observed mutation, adaptation and speciation across nature as life continues the forever ongoing process of evolution.

Even in the grand canyon example a damn breach would not explain why one side of the canyon is over 1000 feet taller than the other, it would mean the water cut a several thousand foot gorge perpendicular to the direction it was traveling. Science has proven this to be plate tectonics causing a rise of the Colorado plateau, forcing one side to rise above the other...
