i remove my acrylic by filing down most of the nail.... i then dip small cotton balls in pure acetone and i then put the ball over my nail and wrap tin foil around my finger to keep the cotton in place and so that the acetone doesnt dry out. i can at least still use my fingers instead of keeping them in a bowl....it looks funny though. i love your vids!!! ps: your a pro at everything

I basically file down about 70% of the acrylic & then soak them in pure acetone for about 30 minutes and the acrylic begins to come apart. I then use a wooden stick to gently take the acrylic off. It does take about one full hour to do it correctly without hurting your natural nails :) I will usually watch my favorite show while doing this so that it goes by faster.
