The plot is so bad, a poor girl disguised as a boy .... perhaps the poor people will find it entertaining (no offense though) and the scenes weren't funny at all

Ok this is one of my favorite animes like ever. But does anyone else feel a little cheated by the ending. I mean i watched the Entire series i mean everything the OVA and the 2 san gakki ones and i mean i just hate how they ended it. I know the Manga ends it defferently with School rumble z. But i mean NO ONE ENDS UP LOVING OR DATING ANYONE! i mean you watch this animes to see the guy get the girl and for the comedy. but tbh i haven't watched school rumble in DUB so i cant say for sure if this is the case (dbz / naruto / gundam seed dub's were enough to put me off for life, especialy the naruto one:P)

@anub1s15 The english version ain't that bad actually. Normally I'm a stickler too for Japanese voice overs only but the english version (which I watched first) I actually like better. But in most cases I prefer the Japanese voice overs in other animes.

@anub1s15 That's the lazy way to dub a show's dialogue. Smart script writers will reword the same joke/make a similar joke to make it immediately comprehensible to an English speaking audience. Luckily, School Rumble's dub does this really well, and it's great to listen to.

Not that the Japanese is bad but I think the english voices fit the characters better in the english version like Harima's voice to me is way better in english. You can watch all of season 1 on Hulu and you can watch the OVA's along with the second season on Funimation's website (just search School Rumble 2 on Hulu). At least, that's where I found the dubbed version (the voice acting is spectacular, by the way), don't know where you would find the subbed version.
