  • I'm sorry to hear that the ink hasn't been cooperating. The finish on the tile can make a big difference. Some tumbled marble tiles have a shine to them and they don't seem to be porous enough for the ink to "stick," so no matter how long you bake them, the ink will fade/come off. I find that the more porous tiles - the ones that have holes and don't have any shine to the surface work much better. You might try using some type of matte finish spray sealer on them - that might do the trick!

  • I made several of these BEFORE watching your video and unfortunately under baked them (200 for 20 min.) and the ink came off when I put a glass on it. I made tons for Mother's Day gifts and now I don't know what to do. I never had this problem with the retired craft pads from Stampin Up but the StazOn pads don't seem to "stay on" as well. I have all the felt pads on them already. Is there something I could spray on top of them to protect the ink and keep it from coming off when wet?
