What is this exactly? Asphalt with chrysotile mixed in?
What's the point of that? What about the health issues due to wear of the surface, and how can you demolish the road at the end of it's life span without contaminating the environment and demolition equipment?
I can imagine why one would use asbestos in fireproofing applications, but in roadbuilding...?
