I think the swan is Jerry Nelson. He used a similar voice when performing a female teacher in "The People in Your Neighborhood". And you're right, the cow doesn't even sound like Goelz.

To tell you the truth, I have not seen that Don Music skit in English because what I found is that the skit occurred in probably both the Spanish and Dutch versions.

You might be thinking of the clip where he's trying to talk about frogs and Gladys the cow comes in pretending to be a frog, and puts cow features on Kermit. At the end he mumbles "I'm going out to the pasture". Is that what you're thinking of?
