@ThePapi040 well it is like this. have you ever been to sea? do you have any sea time? do you have any merchant marine docuements? if not call the us cast guard and have them to send you a package to apply for your docuements. when you get them go to the siu union hall and register. if you have no prior seatime it will be impossible to get a job on a ship. first you will have to get experience on a supplyboat or a tug and none of them companys are hireing because of the fucking economy.

@ThePapi040 i got 12 years exp as a ab unlimited on supplyboats in the gulf of mexico in the oil field in louisiana and been out of work sinse 09.

The communication heard on the radio is not from the Albert Maersk, but from the Sealand Charger berthed ahead of us (visible at about 0:52).
