Say we max concentration for the first 7 lvls, then ate a +2 int tome at level, would we be able to get UMD high enough for raise dead and heal?

@meena809 Acid blast is ok at low levels simply because not many monsters are immune to acid at that stage... I'd rather fireball+acid rain at med levels (there are better but that's what came to mind), and feather fall? Get an item/scrolls for it or become a wind savant

Nothing against most melee or caster stereotypes but in my years playing games I always have preferred the classes that are considered 'specialists' and recently coming to DDO the fact that it is easy to botch those in particular has lead to quite alot of headaches.

Ima lvl 6 sorc do u think these spells r good: acid spray f fall niacs acid blast and scorching ray. ( I'm a human)

@exchrys71 There are ups and downs to choosing each race for a caster. For me the ability to self heal and immunity to many detrimental abilities outshines the bonuses a human gets (extra feat, +1/ or 2 to DC).

theres a thread on the ddo forums named "Revisiting paths: Builds for new players" (Focused Discussions & Feedback > Classes > Custom Character Builds), it gives alternatives to most of the pre-made paths, its very good for new players, im using the tempest build from there right now
