In my opinion, this game "Nekketsu Koukou Dodgeball Bu - Soccer Hen" is the first one, in which you defeated all teams in Japan.
The game "Kunio Kun no Nekketsu Soccer League" (1 for short) or "Nintendo World Cup" (2) are the second and third, in which Japanese team now play with other countries.
Please do not confuse between (1) and (2). (1) is definitely the best.
i loved playing Kunio games when i was little they were the best, I also liked the dodgeball game and the different sports one where you had to run then climb and other things. And I liked the double dregon kinda one where he was fighting in the streets.
The ending of this version of the game is SO much better than the ending of the US version. I felt really really gypped when I beat W. Germany with the U.S.A. in that version and got that ending that lasted all of 12 seconds.
I never noticed that the Ryukyu Sisters that appear dancing with Tsunewo at the end of the credits are the same girls that appear during the half-time show in Nintendo World Cup (the American version of the game).
This version was alot more user friendly since you get Genei and Masa. On the world cup, you can't touch Germany and Argentina. I still love this game and I still play it to this day.

The ending liberated me. No, seriously. The guys with the ^.^ faces with their mouths springing open and the guys who came in after them rofl'ed me. And of course Kunio gets the make-out. XD Oh, and what was with the guy and the ghost?
If you were manually controlling someone other than Kunio, when he gets kissed in the ending he somehow transforms into Kunio. And if Kunio was controlled by someone else, in the ending he transforms into whoever you were controlling. It's just a graphical glitch.
