I've heard that before, but the only reason I can think of that it would be that way is because when you're playing really hard tracks that you're concentrating on breathing just so this doesn't happen. I personally never hold my breath, and I suppose that could be why my accuracy is severely lacking, but my stamina is so intense.

You can't edit the songs. You can only have edit steps. ;P Best thing to do is to get OpenITG (Google it and you'll find it). Then set it for Home mode and goto Edit and you'll be able make edits and transfer them to your USB thumbstick.
