this video is sad but true i saw so many dogs walkin around the istanbul streets and few of them got hit as i was driving a rent a car in march of 2008, the dogs in turkey are shy and they wont bark or attack anyone ,they just sit and look at u like if u d ofder a piece of bread or something but, turks in gerneral dont pay much attention to dogs and its sad
