  • I will never again vote for a republicrat NWO hack, which is what all the other ‘frontrunners’(mainstream newswhore appointed) are. If Paul doesn’t win the nomination I will write him in. A vote for Paul is a vote for the spirit of human Liberty. It will count if he loses, drops dead the day after inauguration or is murdered because he is the only candidate that may actually attempt to cut the head off the beast. And we must kill the beast or it will devour us.

  • If you sit home waiting your turn you deserve to have your gun taken from your cold dead hands.

The Founders didn’t wait for the Brits to knock down their doors. They gathered at the green and stood up like men and they killed government employees all the way back to Boston.

What will you do when it’s time to hunt NWO hacks, republicrats and commies(“Liberals” and ‘progressives’)?

Don't understand? Follow my links. Read the quotes page first. Then read my column ‘Prepping for Slavery’

  • i can understand why the caller is upset, once an american educates themself of what the government does , or should i say the federal reserves it will make you angry.

  • If you're poor u don't have to pay state or federal taxes. Above poor, ur crooks that don't pay it at all. You think the rich don't pay it especially when they used to....DO SOMETHING about it or lay down and whine. Don't give me no guff if you don't take care of ur responsibilities, or u'll get no sympathies from ME;.

  • What the hell are you talking about?

  • @dtmbcorp Never mind. I don't have you subbed do I ? I don't sub rich people and crooked accountants.

  • @dtmbcorp lol i couldnt figure it out

  • awesome and well spoken and i love how the host just let him talk and play it off for his jobs sake. sorting papers roflbbq nice front buddy

  • Why do they never talk about the danger from left-wing extremists? Hasn't Timothy McVeigh and a bunch of high school shooters proved enough of a threat already?

  • @thespacialone I hate to burst your bubble but all these US attacks had at least some if not nearly full US government involvement so that certain laws could be passed to subvert Americans themselves. Proof is the Patriot Act was written before 09-11-01 as as fact then passed quickly after that date. A law was passed after each attack, even the Oklahoma scenario had a law passed afterwards.

  • When America is returned to the PEOPLE , I will Return to The US !! NO CONSTITUTION NO Bill Of Right , NO TAXES !!! NO TAXES !! I stop beliveing in LIES in 2006 !! NOT ONE RED CENT since then !!! FUCK YOU

  • finally somebody with brains and balls....

  • I decoupled myself from the system in 2007

  • Every time someone sneaks a truth call in, the fake reporter always looks nervous :)

  • like this video

  • We The People don't have to resort to violence as long as we have Constitutional Law..

  • @Dewdaahman For now...

  • call me when ya can 661 326 1604

  • caller knows the truth

  • EXPATRIATE THAN..I DID

  • @bakersfieldmusicnow share. i wish to do the same. plz advise.

  • @Psy0psAgent Same...Im so sick of it all Im 'expatriated' far as Im concerned Im not complying and they can come try to do with me whatever....really at this point I just no longer care.

  • @davids11131113 i appreciate your comment. i wanted to do it back in 2001. i packed and left for some wrap up visits in july 2001 cause my 'spider sense' was telling me something was wrong. couple months later, we are all trapped in this tesseract. now im bored, i wanna kick a traitors ass, after holding a legitimate trial of course, i'd be glad to wear the black hood for ya'll. i dont torture. but i digress. lol. i just want to walk away peacefully & watch them kill themselves from a distance

  • Look at that chicken shit shuffling his papers around like a nervous little kid. He didn't have the balls to look into the camera straight or acknowledge the caller because he knew his overlords would have his job for doing so.

Typical presstitute chicken shit traitor. They do say the truth is scary and this cowardly sack of purile scum proves that. The media today are nothing more then repeaters. They don't investigate shit. They just repeat what they are told.

    Scum bags.

  • @iliveyou123

    Agreed.

  • I do not agree with the caller regarding his not participating in jury duty. A jury trial is an important check on government authority. Why? Because the government shouldn't be able to decide on the legality of its own acts. A better way to not participate in government is to serve on a jury and nullify, nullify, nullify.

  • @xXhypn0tiiqXx Makes sense.

  • Blasphemy ! How dare you heathens speak out against the establishment ! You squabble and whine , such scoundrels ! you 99%ers

  • I have to file I'm in college but I will do whatever it takes to get rid of (Them) Ron Paul 2012!

  • amen to that guy. pos gov...

  • Be careful. Remember Ruby Ridge?

  • @bubbaoreilley Ruby Ridge wasn't about taxes...Remember Ed and Elaine Brown?

  • @bubbaoreilley Yes, I still remember when the government murdered Randy Weaver's family.

  • Fuck tax , and fuck all governments of the world..

  • [cyanocobalamin 1. a cobalamin derivative in which the substituent is a cyanide ion; it is the form of vitamin B12 first isolated and hence is the form chemically defined as and the form used as a synonym of the vitamin..."Dorland's Medical Dictionary" © 2000 p. 439]

  • The state does not exist, the state is simply a concept which people collectively give themselves. The idea that they have a right to initiate force.

  • dam right things have gotten out of hand they work for the americans not the other way around. an the whole patriot act tells it all they make a laws that no one quite understands how can you not commit crimes when you dont know exactly what that crime may be.an when we vote for things they dont abide bye half of what we voted for, or against.they pocket money from the oil companys they lie.an we gotta quit the whole tradeing with countries all together.everything should be AMERICAN MADE.

  • I have been saying it for a long time... Tax revolt! Dump the dollar! We should default on them. Only buy what we need!

  • trust me, this guy is only the tip of the iceberg.....when the top 5% of americans who pay 99% of the income taxes in this country decide they've had enough, that's when shit truly hits the fan............

  • The government is a mafia. They provoke wars, they feel the need to police the world, and are killing innocent people every day. They collect money from all of us. Unconstitutionally, such as the federal income tax, no law that says you have to pay. Yet you dont pay and irs comes and arrest you. Coincidence that the federal reserve which has nothing to do with the government was created the same year as the IRS. Wake up people we are modern day slaves. What are you really free to do RON PAUL 12

  • I hope they jump in the Great Salt Lake nude, full of cuts and whip lashes, and with their red glowing eyes wide open.

  • @rhinnawi95 EXTREME lol

  • @stromak True, but so is almost everything our gov't does, so I guess it all balances out. Haha

  • Voting, the slave's suggestion box.

  • @MrLawrenceV - why not??? building roads and going to war are two different things! America was a country that use to voluntarily donate to its government... believe it or not, that is how America fought its Revoluntary War - primarily by donations! No two hoots about it - Taxation used to fight meaningless wars and fill the pockets of politicians, is outright theft!

  • @MrLawrenceV The unconstitutional income tax does not pay for roads.

  • @dtmbcorp nope never did the only way to hide black projects is direct funding from the irs do you remmember when they lost 7 trillion dollars LMFAO!

  • @MrLawrenceV <<<<< this person thinks his or her's taxes goes towards roads...ROLMFAO!! ...FOUR WORDS FOR YEA...WAKE THE HELL UP!

  • @MrLawrenceV He is paying for the roads by tax from every gallon of fuel he buys. That´s what the roads are built and repaired funded from. NOT INCOME TAX! INCOME TAX PAYS INTEREST ON GOVERNMENT´S LOANS FROM PRIVATE BANKERS! Read!

  • @MrLawrenceV Yeah Income tax doesnt go to roads wake up dude

  • @MrLawrenceV Most roads are paid for with state/local taxes. But that would be the ONLY thing my taxes have EVER done for me. EVER!

  • @MrLawrenceV anyone that purchases gas at a gas station pays the tax to pay for roads.....so why would they NOT use the roads they have paid for?????

  • @MrLawrenceV Serious ignorance there MsLawrence.

  • @MrLawrenceV it goes to pay off debts.

  • @garrethdavis nope... it goes to the federal reserve

  • @MrLawrenceV thats what tolls and as taxes are for

  • @MrLawrenceV Roads are built with money from the tax on gasoline not income tax.

  • @MrLawrenceV The government doesn't own the roads, we the people do. He has the right to travel freely upon all public roads.

  • @MrLawrenceV FUCK YOU WHERE YOU BREATHE,,,KUNT

  • @MrLawrenceV Fuck the roads we have bigger fish to fry

  • @MrLawrenceV the filing of your personal income tax does not pay for infrastructure of any roads, highways etc it comes from the fueltax that you buy. But the problem is that alot of the money from each department is going to war.

  • @MrLawrenceV... How much do you pay the person who wipes your ass for you ?

Because you're obviously way too stupid to manage that task on your own.

    You should have been aborted.

  • @MrLawrenceV they why are the roads in Afghanistan better than in the US ?

  • Yes I agree that we must "Starve the Beast"! But he is wrong by ignoring Jury Duty! I am a member of "Fully Informed Jury Association", FIJA.org. By being on a jury if this case about not filing tax's came up in front of me, being a seated juror, I would have the power to acquit the defendant (tax protester). I am talking about Jury Nullification. Yes we can fight the government with "Jury Nullification"! So get on the Jury!! The 4th branch of government, the jury..

  • @MyImago - Agreed, jury duty next to voting in an election, is the only system where the electorates voice can be heard. I wouldn't give up such a democratic privelege.

  • Right on man, passive resistance by sandbagging the system, it can't feed off of you when you don't let it.

  • interesting how that guy whatever his name is..the guy on tv lol totally ignored everything that caller said hahaha, thats the arrogance of the corperate world for ya

  • 100% of all Federal Income Tax goes directly to foreign banks, in a ruse as payment for 'interest' on the 'national debt'. I put those in quotes because they are not a citizens debt, they are a Federal Corporation's debt. Because we have a populace of simpletons, it is easy to pass on presumption and the people will pay. The citizens, with their labor, are the creditors on the real books, not the books that sociopaths show, and even those don't account for anything in truth.

  • If everyone would pretend government didn't exist - it wouldn't.

  • @VoteLib3rty HA! IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT GETS IT! right on man! or lady i dono which you are lol

  • @VoteLib3rty So many stupid fukin humans have allowed "gov" into their lives, it turned it into monster. But if we can collectiviley turn off the TV and no longer subscribe to anymore of thier bullshit, things would chnage fast

  • @VoteLib3rty Most people are afraid of libertarianism.....a jump to anarchist is way to big of a leap! My goal.....fight for limited government...and then fight more!

  • @VoteLib3rty

Very true because WE collectively are the basis for their power to abuse us!! WE were, in effect tricked into giving our power to them and to abuse us by buying into the faux democracy established some 236 years ago. It's time to re-design our consensus machinery and base it on the original Golden Rule.

  • @VoteLib3rty I did that a few years ago,and the world is still turning.

  • Ron Paul has never voted to cut Veterans programs and has always voted against any attempt to do so! Veterans deserve all the respect in the world and also some sympathy because the misguided souls were sold a bill of goods that was rotten to the core!

    Ron Paul 2012

He will end these wars and get our house in order!

    Ron Paul 2012

  • Yeah, ask Wesley Snipes how well that works.

  • @poisonapple16 Snipes has a fuck-load of money, and he's a prominent figure in the entertainment industry. For these two reasons, the IRS has more incentive to go after him rather than you or I, and being a public figure, they want to make an example of him.

If all who disagreed with this corrupt government stopped participating, there simply wouldn't be enough manpower to get all of us. Have some courage.

  • @dtmbcorp I wish that was the case. The IRS went after a car wash owner in Sacramento for on outstanding tax bill of a few cents.

By the time they were done with penalties and fees in ended up in the thousands.

Not a big hit; but it demonstrates that the IRS has NO rhythm or reason to their investigations.

You're welcome to show all the courage you want.

I know I am just a big enough fish to be made an example of.

    And I have a family.

  • @poisonapple16 I have heard of that incident, and others like it. I'm sure there will be more. Just remember, there are about 300 million of us, but only 100 thousand of them. They can't get us all.

  • @dtmbcorp this man speaks the truth. STAND THE FUCK UP =)

  • @dtmbcorp You first. Go ahead, show us how brave you are.

    You probably won't get caught.

  • @poisonapple16 I wouldn't be offering advice that I don't take myself. I'll leave it at that.

  • @dtmbcorp Well....

    ....Good Luck with that.

  • @poisonapple16 It doesn't matter if it works or not, the idea is to stand your ground. To live your integrity and not always default to the coercion like the scared little sheeple such as yourself so often do. It's the principle of standing up to tyranny regardless of the outcome. Now you may go back to sleep and wake up and continue your role as slave. At least black people knew when they were slaves. You remain clueless.

  • @AceOfHeart2012 Strong words from someone with nothing to lose.

By all means; withhold your taxes.

Less us know how that works...

  • @poisonapple16 people aren't legally bound to file income tax returns, lesson of the day for you apparently.

  • @canadiansrule00 Well off you go then. Legally bound or not, they will put you in prison.

  • @poisonapple16 ya, have some courage

  • @lushfauna ??? Why?

You go ahead and blaze the trail.

As a matter of fact why don't you show us all some courage and give me your name and address.

I can forward that to the IRS and you can discuss it with them directly.

  • @poisonapple16 Kinda hard to pay when your almost homeless. The system has just become almost perverse. It's not only making us pay for B.S. wars and abortions, given our jobs to china, go in debt too them daily for billions- Your on the right side though, even if your to scared to do what he does don't back a system that is ruining all our lives. Our kids are screwed by debt and china may attack us someday because of this. I see Walmart as an arm of the Chinese Military in a way. How do u feel?

  • @lushfauna Some of us whine about the system; some of us are resigned to working within it.

Are your sure the system is to blame?

Or could you just be plain old lazy?

  • @poisonapple16 Lazy?! Na I've tried more than allot of people my age. Served in the military then got out had a great job almost 80k a year then started my own thing did great with that for a couple years then the down turn came so I went back to my old job which had about 65 employees now can't keep even a handful of us busy so we all get a few hours. Outside of that there are box stores hiring for near minimum wage but you can barely keep a car on the road with that. It's getting bad

  • @lushfauna ??? So why are you blathering on about being homeless?

  • @poisonapple16 I'm just sacred, I'm one incident away. Been poor for a year and 1/2 now and can't catch up on bills, it's getting closer and closer like being pushed up to a cliff edge- and I'm mad about it. I've worked hard and lost so much. It all feels pre planned and smells of evil. Like the book Obama read ; Post America, That's what I think is happening plus wars. It looks bleak for the future, Globalism/Militarism Killed America. I want to bring it back somehow. + The IRS takes too much

  • @lushfauna You and I are in agreement. I wouldn't be opposed to militarism if we engaged our rights of plunder.

Intellectuals fear this slippery slope as if eventually leads to a national of conquerers, not liberators.

    We have to stop spending.

  • @poisonapple16 While you're at it, get your head stamped and have your RFID chip installed. If you want to stay cowered and shriveled go ahead and stay that way, but don't lash out at those that want change.

  • @gman100 Again; when you have something to lose come and talk to me...

  • @poisonapple16 yeah, I guess they'd put all 180 million of us in jail now wouldn't they? Better behave like the sheep we are and keep funneling all our hard earned cash into the success story that is the federal government.

  • @gman100 They don't need to. They will randomly select a few. (I.E. Wesley Snipes)

And that is enough for most people.

  • they are listing vets terriost ? They are full of BS..Now will someobody tell me how to get by withour paying federal imcome taxes ?

  • Another Good American! God help us, AND GET YOUR GUN!

  • woot woot!

  • I really wish the government had shut down a month ago or whenever it was.

All they do is take my money to give to corrupt bankers and bomb other countries that have oil.

THEY CAN JUMP IN A LAKE.

  • America is a Jew Sickness today that commits Illegal Wars and War Crimes.

Anyone who supports this sickness is sick themselves.

9/11 was a professional DEMOLITION done by Israel and Zionist Traitors, the planes were just a distraction for DUPES.

  • this guys voice sounds a lot like that other guys voice the one that called to a show crying saying the world is gonna end lolol.... loooooooooooooooool

  • Minimum wage goes up by 7p from £5.93 per hour to £6.00 per hour, but my rent goes up from £51.85 per week to £56.00 per week. If I work 40 hours per week the minimum wage increase amounts to 40 x £0.07 = £2.80 per week. I'm still £4.15 - £2.80 = £1.35 worse off per week. Let's not forget that water, gas, electricity, fuel, food, VAT, & all the rest of it is up 2.5%, 10%, 5%, 20% always a greater increase than the pathetic minimum wage increase. I'm working 60 hours per week & deeper into debt.

  • I SAY EVERYONE SHOULD PULL THEIR MONEY FROM THE BANKS...CAUSE ONCE THE SHIT HITS THE FAN, DOORS WILL BE CLOSED, ATM'S WILL NOT BE OPERATING. OTHERWISE WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO THE OLD WAY OF BARTERING....WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO BARTER WITH????.... INTERNATIONAL MILITARY FUND BANK...

  • C-span is great sometimes

  • gov't fear ex military. That story was preparing the american mind that their military are traitors when in reality those soldiers will try to help the nation when civil unrest happens. That will be when the govt brands them traitors and carts them away or kills them. Men in the regular military may also see the light and turn on the gov't. Either way they are lining up there ducks and story.

  • YEA BABY!!

  • WAS THAT FABIEN FOR LIBERTY!

  • JumpInALake is Right...

  • And the anchor did let him speak for so long ? They are in a habit to dumb down people who speak the truth

  • Reject the FALSE NATIONAL DEBT, the federal reserve private bank corporation not the govenrment creates the money WTF then they loan this newly digitized fiat money at usury at a compounding intrest rate to the very govenrment that should have created it. Thus a False National Debt, Why? To justify the immoral extorted theft debt slave control mechanism so called by them tax. I DO NOT PAY EXTORTIONISTS nor theives let alone murders. Rothschild go to hell.

  • son of bitches riped me off this year

  • guy's a genius

  • AMEN!

  • Stop paying taxes.. Stop funding the illegal wars!!!!!

  • If only there were more people like this guy...

  • Correct. Correct. Correct. This is what the government real is. Too many lies, too many!

911, campus shooting, etc. etc. etc.

    F**k the government.

  • hahaha nicely done :)) haha the anchor carries on after the comment like nothing profound had been said... LOL

  • This guy doesn't want any part of government. I hope he feels that way when the fire department doesn't respond if his house is on fire. What a moron

  • @m015094

The last people I want at my house, when it is burning, is fire fighters.

  • @Ironboots123 Good luck with that and GREAT grammar.

  • @m015094 Someone has run out of arguments with which to beat his opponent. Seriously, don't attack grammar mistakes. He has a valid point.

  • @Kaasperav His point is that he would rather have his house burn down than for firefighters to show up. No, you're right, that's a GREAT point.

  • @m015094

Oh please, we all know that we need some form of government, just MUCH less than what we currently have and a FAR less complicated tax code. The current form of taxation will systematically end the middle class, not to mention that it enslaves us. If the government took 100% of your pay, you'd be a slave. Since they only take 40% now, you are only 40% slave. What would you do if they took 100%? How would you stop it? That's a HUGE problem as far as I am concerned.

  • @seanone23 The highest tax rate in the US is 35% (for people making over $372,951 per year), so how you pulled that 40% from your ass is beyond me. Oh, and it's a progressive tax, so it's not even 35% of total income, but go ahead and believe what you want.

  • @m015094

Add State tax and social security genius.

  • @seanone23 Holy shit you're kidding right? Please tell me you know about deductibles?

  • @m015094

If I take the total amount of State, Federal, and Social Security, it equals ~40% of my total income. Not too mention registration of my automobile, and property and school tax...

  • @seanone23 There is one of three possibilities here: 1) you make over $400K/year 2) Your have the worst accountant ever 3) You are full of shit. Look at your ETR (effective tax rate). I've haven't seen anyone get close to 40% since the tax code was changed years ago.

  • @m015094

    You're a joke. The % is arbitrary.

  • @seanone23 Yeah, I'd agree with you that a couple of percent don't really matter, but you weren't talking about a couple of percent - you were contemplating a 100% tax rate which is complete science fiction. Now a real argument to be had would be to cut defense spending by 60%. We'd be no less safe and save TRILLIONS of dollars. I think you'd agree that would be a prudent move.

  • @m015094 I am saying that it is not out of the question for our government to tax at a rate of nearly 90% rather than cut spending like they did in the late 70's. Interest rates were also at 20+% at the same time... Cutting the defense budget by 60% would be a great start. As far as I am concerned we need to cut federal government by about 90%. The federal government just adds bureaucracy and redundancy to what the state governments are already doing...

  • @seanone23 I agree with you. I remember someone asking me about the federal dept. of education and what they do compared to the state and local DOE. Besides admins for financial aid (FAFSA) I couldn't answer the question. Yet, the federal DOE spends $60 Billion a year - a complete waste of money.

  • @m015094 Exactly my point. DHS is even redundant of an already existing federal agency, DoD. It is insane. What is the difference between "Defense" and "Homeland Security?" The only difference is in hiding increased funding for defense by calling it Homeland Security. The defense budget is an endless money pit that every defense contractor takes full advantage of. The American people are being bled dry.

  • @seanone23 they would tell you that the constitution does not allow them to use the army against us citizens but that also is a lie they have dont it a number of times they use the constitution as asswipe. I have rejected them for over five years now. I almost never drive or go to corp stores i never work in a corp and i prefer to be paid in non corporate goods for any work i hire out for. We wont die if the fake government teat goes away. They will end not us. Get behind me satan i reject

  • @m015094

Besides, what service does the government supply that wouldn't be better and more efficiently provided by the private sector? The government is the reason we have 10% unemployment in this country. Between the minimum wage and a 35% corporate tax rate (highest in the industrialized world,) why do business here? All of our jobs are overseas. The market would determine an equilibrium price for wages on it's own. Government is inflating not only our currency, but even our labor.

  • @m015094

Besides, you are arguing semantics instead of arguing the point just like someone without an argument would... Why try to debate with facts, just try to discredit the person who uses facts... you are a sad excuse... arguing a 1 or 2% Δ?

  • @seanone23 How'd you get that delta in there? My keyboard doesn't do that. Did you copy and paste? Your stock just went up in my book for even knowing what that is. No joke.

  • @m015094

I copied and pasted, I felt it was more effective than writing out delta.

  • @m015094 Add it ALLL up every time your money moves at all it's taxed- It's just gone wayyyyyyyyy too far

  • @m015094 Just get the hose or good insurance no big deal.. they take more than their worth just like all gov stuff. You gotta pay for an ambulance now anyways up here we don't have garbage pickup and guess what it's $11 a month to a small private Co. My mom lives in Taxachusetts and pays out the wazoo and they got trash fines and all kinds of stupid rules. Gov people have turned into overpaid leaches That said I bet he'd pay taxes if he felt the system was worth it- It's a shame what's happened.

  • The bottom line is that the authority for all taxation issues from The Constitution. However, there is no constitution. No one ever signed it. You. Me. Not even George Washington. The so-called ‘signatories’ only subscribed their names "In witness whereof ". Witnesses are never parties in interest on a contract. How can taxation be justified based upon 4 pieces of paper no one bothered to sign? There is no such thing as a 'citizen, state, county, senator, president' etc...All are fictions.

  • @AceOfHeart2012 I appreciate your point, but I'll take our constitution over any other governmental structure or document. Unfortunately it is about the only thing keeping us from sliding into a total police/surveillance state like Britain. Guns are a big factor here.

  • @dtmbcorp Good luck with that.

  • @dtmbcorp Everything I seem to hear or read says that America is actually more of a police state than Britain. Not that I want either to be, just seems that police brutality as one instance is so much more prevalent in America. Although Britain does have the most surveillance in the world, I will concede that.

  • @dtmbcorp That's fine, all I'm saying is, try using it in court or compelling the judge to honor his oath to it. They won't because they know what I know. Just a piece of paper. Actually, paper made from hemp. Just like a yellow, curved fruit is called a banana, the name banana is not the fruit. It's the same with THE NAME (your corporate fiction name in ALL CAPS). You aren't born with it affixed to your body. You don't even have anything to do with it's selection. It's just paper.

  • @AceOfHeart2012 I don't disagree. Perhaps the larger issue that I'm trying to make people consider by posting this is that we, the people, ultimately hold all the cards and have the real power.... However cliche that may sound, it's true. If enough of us followed this guy's example, there simply would not be enough manpower to take us all to court--and worrying about pleading your case to a corrupt judge would be a non-issue.

Thanks for all your valuable input here. Great discussion!

  • @dtmbcorp The problem is that good people don't organize like usurpers do. They have to be organized because if they weren't, it would have been game over years ago. Watch Doug Stanhope on the Pledge of Allegiance and liberty part 1 (watch?v=aDfmeKhaT0s&playnext=1&list=PL58B0419B4201466E&index=18). We're duped and japed 5 seconds after we're born. I've gotten to the point where I don't even give a f**k anymore. I will not cooperate with evil. Period.

  • @AceOfHeart2012

Actually it is made of parchment, not hemp. Parchment is treated sheep or lamb hide.

  • @AceOfHeart2012

its basically not a contract to be signed. Yes they were witnesses. But each state had to agree to the constitution in order ti join the country. It just an agreement which the states have a right to leave at any time.

  • @AceOfHeart2012 Can it then be seen as a contract proposal between you and "something something" which you have to sign and accept to be in effect?

Then, what/who is this "something something"? A legal fiction created, or the author(s) of the contract?

If a fiction, can it be valid as anything than a declaration from you?

If a contract between you and the author(s) they must have .. jurisdiction?

  • @AceOfHeart2012

Actually, the signing of the document wasnt what made it apply to anyone. It was the ratification by each state legislature which brought it into effect. The question is, did the legislators have authority vested in them to enter into such a compact?Im not sure they did, but perhaps it varied by state depending on the way each government was formed.I dont really believe in the concept of government myself.People could voluntarily create necessary institutions much more efficiently

  • @obdami Some would consider you crazy for willingly giving your money to a government that kills hundreds of thousands of people in illegal, unjustified wars.

  • @obdami Or ignorant knowitalls.

  • @obdami are you proof of that? ;)
