These look just like the UFO's I saw when I lived in Maricopa, Arizona, in Pinal County. They would disappear, reappear, and change formations just like that. But, it was at night time. It was like giant multicolored fireballs, hovering in the sky. The patterns that they would create in their formations reminded me of tetris.

i've seen similar lights in Riga, Latvia, in the area of city hidro-electro plant. Only there usually was just a single light. It appeared late afternoons during the sunset. @sabala85 LUU-2B/B parachute flares do float for very long periods of time. If there is an updraft they can really stay up. They are designed to illuminate the battlefield, you don't want them just dropping straight down.

i've seen similar lights in Riga, Latvia, in the area of city hidro-electro plant. Only there usually was just a single light. It appeared late afternoons during the sunset. It stayed in the sky still for a while and then began to increasingly move. But not too fast. As it was moving, it slowly faded out, very smoothly. I just stood there and thought - wow, what was that. I saw that object three times during a 1,5 year period aproxometly in the same place.

I really dont know what it is, but the thing is: It is weird. I dont understand about military flaming but it could be that. It cant be reflection because when the car passes it disapear, what means that it really is outside the car and definetly on the other side of the road. About the flaming hipotesis...well it would be necessary to see what happened before the lights starts, so we could know if there was a military aircraft or something throwing this things...well, i really liked this video.

they are flares, notice they only go down.....there real name are shoomleys, its what the armed forces use to light up a big area at night, the flares are fired from a hand held diposable rocket and unfold a small parachute which slowley then falls to the ground, they always extinguish before they hit the ground, although some shutes dont open properly, thats why in the vid one fell rapidly.......i know this beacuse i have used them
