The best weapons for training any combat skill are the chaotic rapier or longsword. If you cant get one of those you should try get a korasi or dragon scimitar if you want to train strength. Dragon scimitars are better than saradomin swords simply because you can combine the scimitar with a dragon defender.

NOTE: never use godswords as a primary training weapon.

monkeys is cheaper cuz there is an altar there but bandits imo is faster but it requires an inv of prayer pots for every run...... and no good drops or charms at bandits just bones.....
