Ernst is easily the most underrated Erik ever. Everything about him is just pure gold. His voice is dark and pure, his acting is perfect, and I just love his face. It really has this look of pure sadness and tiredness of trying to find happiness in the world. And just one more thing to say. His last curse you is the most terrifying thing I have heard in my life. Any actor taking on this role really needs to take some serious notes on how to play this character right.
